This photo was taken sometime in January 2009 just before my sister starts her Herbalife weight management programme. At the time this photo was taken she was 104kgs.
After 5 months...she lost a total of 14kgs...way to go Kak Dora!!! Now my dear sister weighs 90kgs. Amazing...!
If my sister can do it...everybody can!Just don't give up and believe in yourself. Thank you Allah for his blessings and thank you Herbalife for a programme that truly works!ShapeWorks!
